Can I search all cities at once?

The simple answer is no. Here is why.

When someone does a one time search on a website, they are doing 1 search, one time for multiple cities (1 search * 10 cities = 10 hits)

But our software is setup for notification that continuously searches craigslist, so it needs to check on an interval. Searching all cities all day and night, would be way too much. (6 searches * 10 cities * 2 minute interval = 44k hits a day from 1 person).

Not to mention, many people would be doing more than 6 searches, and more than 10 cities per search.

If we find an interest in a separate piece of software to do a one time manual search of all cities, then please feel free to tell us you are interested!

I am not receiving email/sms messages. What do I need to do?

If you aren't receiving email/sms messages, first make sure that you are pressing "Apply" after you change your settings.

If you aren't getting email notifications make sure you have entered your email correctly, and be sure to check your spam folder.

If you aren't getting sms notifications, make sure that you are entering your phone number including area code, without any dashes ex. 1231231234 and that you have the proper carrier selected. If your carrier isn't listed, we don't support your carrier at this time.

If you continue to not receive notifications via email or sms, your firewall or other security software may be blocking Ad Notifier from accessing the internet - please check your settings and refer to the documentation that came with those programs.

Also note that Ad Notifier must remain running for it to be able to send notifications via email or sms.
